Professionally-voiced intros can make a show “pop,” and help enhance a show’s brand.
Here are some ways to find voiceovers on the cheap. It’s important to point out we haven’t used all of these services; we’re merely compiling some of what’s “out there” for your consideration and scrutiny.
Fiverr – For as little as $5, you can have a professional-sounding voiceover. There are some true diamonds-in-the-rough on Fiverr, but lots of roughs-in-the-rough, too.
VoiceJockeys – Definitely more pricey than Fiverr, but still well below what agencies charge. A gig here will set you back $60 for a 15 second read. The turnaround times are superhuman.
VoiceJungle – A :15 costs $45. Jungle. Welcome to the jungle.
Voicetalentnow – Scripts from :15-:60 are priced at a one-price-fits-all $49.
TheVoiceCrew – Similarly priced, with options to create an intro with audio package that includes voice/music.
